When online enquiries are enabled

The form sends your name, email, company, gifting requirements and message to GivPilot’s configured enquiry destination. These details are intended to respond to your request and scope a potential pilot. Do not include recipient addresses, payment details or sensitive personal information.

When you download a brief

If online enquiries are not enabled, the form creates a file in your browser for you to download. Your form details are not submitted to GivPilot or saved by the website. Keep the downloaded file secure.

Recipient preview

The recipient experience is a demonstration. It does not place an order, collect delivery addresses or persist gift choices.

Website operation

The hosting provider processes technical request information to serve and secure the website. This website does not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Third-party services may have their own privacy terms.

Before a live pilot

The contracting entity, privacy contact, data retention schedule, processors and applicable terms must be provided and agreed before recipient information is collected for a live gifting campaign.
